/TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Book Discounts

Offering discounts on books sold during the Fair is optional. Should an exhibitor choose to offer discounts, these may not exceed 30% of the recommended retail price. Publishing houses are exempt from this limitation and retain the right to determine the discount applied to their own exclusive publications. Failure to comply with this provision may result in exclusion from future editions of the Fair.

2. Permitted Exhibits

Only books and related publishing products may be exhibited and sold during the Fair. The sale of toys, electronic devices, or any other products unrelated to the nature and purpose of the Book Fair is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the exhibitor will receive a formal warning. Repeated violations or failure to comply may result in exclusion from future editions.

3. Promotional Material

Exhibitors must display promotional and advertising materials exclusively within the boundaries of their assigned stand. The placement of promotional material in aisles, common areas, or any location that obstructs the safe movement of visitors is strictly prohibited.

4. Responsibility for Exhibits

6. Venue Security

The Organiser will provide general security for the exhibition venue on a 24-hour basis from 19 to 22 November 2026. This security service is intended solely for the overall protection of the venue and does not replace the exhibitor’s responsibility for safeguarding their stand, products, and equipment.

7. Exhibition Stands and Representation

Each exhibitor may rent only one (1) exhibition stand under the same company name or brand. The stand may display only books published or represented by the participating publishing house or bookstore.

Any financial or commercial agreements between the representative and the represented publishers remain solely their own responsibility.

8. Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation of participation must be submitted in writing.
