EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

STAND OPTIONS.

  • Small stand: 1 table 1.80×0.60 & 1 table 1.20×0.60 – PRICE: €180 + VAT
  • Medium stand A: 3 tables 1.80×0.60 – PRICE: €280 + VAT
  • Medium stand B: 4 tables 1.80×0.60 – PRICE: €320 + VAT
  • Large stand : 6 tables 1.80×0.60 & 1 table 1.20×0.60 – PRICE: €720 + VAT
  • XL stand : 8 tables 1.80×0.60 – PRICE: €800 + VAT
  • Independent authors (stand 24P-35P): Space 0.90×0.60 each – PRICE: €95 + VAT – for the entire weekend

*Stands also include electrical power, chairs, and black tablecloths.

 

PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING A STAND.

  1. Select the stand number you want from the map above. Note that stand allocation will strictly follow a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. To ensure the stand you want is available, apart from submitting your application, a phone booking is also mandatory at +357 99 36 18 06.
  3. To confirm your booking, the corresponding amount must be deposited in the following IBAN account: CY87005001250001250197040601 (Hellenic Bank). In the bank description, the stand number must be written in Latin characters. Due to high demand, payment must be made within three (3) working days. If payments are not received within one week from the initial booking, the stand will be considered available.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. If you are a publishing house based outside Cyprus, you can participate in the Fair in the following ways:

(a) Renting a small or medium stand. Staffing the stand and transporting the books is the exhibitor's responsibility.

(b) Contacting a bookstore or publishing house based in Cyprus to arrange representation through them.

  1. If you are a bookstore or publishing house based in Cyprus and interested in representing publishers from Greece, you can contact them directly to arrange representation.
  2. Note that stand allocation will strictly follow a first-come, first-served basis.
 

REGISTRATION FOR BOOK PRESENTATION.

Priority for booking a time slot is strictly given to those who have a stand at the Fair. A total of 10 slots are available each day, with a strict duration of one (1) hour each. The operating hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Due to limited availability of time-slots, all interested parties should apply as soon as possible.

Once all submissions are received, each applicant will be informed in due course about the available time-slot corresponding to the event submitted.

The exhibitor taking on the event will be solely responsible for organizing and promoting each event held in Stage C. The Limassol International Book Fair will undertake to promote Stage C as a whole with special posts on its social media, as well as special announcements and signage at the venue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS..

  1. Discounts on books sold at the Fair are not mandatory. If a discount is applied, 30% is set as the maximum percentage offered by exhibitors, except for publishers who have the right to set the discount for their exclusive editions. Non-compliance may lead to potential exclusion from future fairs.
  2. The display and sale of products other than books and similar items are strictly prohibited. The sale of toys, electronic devices, and anything else that does not fall within the logic of a Book Fair is prohibited. In case of non-compliance, exhibitors will receive a warning. Non-compliance may lead to potential exclusion from future fairs.
  3. Exhibitors agree that their promotional materials will not be placed in common corridors and will not obstruct the smooth circulation of people in the venue.
  4. We bear no responsibility for any theft or damage to exhibitors’ products. The responsibility for safeguarding the products of each stall lies solely with the respective exhibitor and their collaborators.
  5. Each exhibitor is prohibited from renting more than ONE stand with the same signage, and it is understood that the content of each stand exclusively concerns the books of the publishing house or bookstore represented in that single stand.
  6. The responsibility for payments for stands utilizing the representation method lies with the exhibitor who undertakes the representation. It is understood that the exhibitor has the ability to arrange the desired settlement for finances and other procedural matters directly with each publishing house they will represent.
  7. Concerning events of authors represented by a specific stand, it is understood that the sale of the author’s copies within the hall is conducted by the said stand.
  8. The Limassol Int’l Book Fair will provide round-the-clock security from 21/11 to 24/11. 
  9. Loading and unloading of books will only take place from the parking lot side at the Carob Mills Lanitis.
